A transsexual, someone who looks like a woman but is actually a man. This is either through personal choice or because of gender confusion.

Transexuals give the outward appearance as to being female. They dress female, wear makeup, and act like a woman. Many have breasts (either through implants or hormone treatments), and appear for all intents and purposes to be a woman. However, most shemales still have the sexual equipment of a man, that is to say a cock and not a [pussy].

Common terms for a shemale are: tranny, chicks with dicks, or ladyboy.

Certain cultures and countries (such as Thailand and Brazil ) seem to have higher numbers of shemales.
