The sexual climax either through masturbation or sex. Generally men and women experience muscle contractions of the penis, vagina, anus and other various parts of the body at the point of orgasm. Men and sometimes women release fluids at the point of orgasm as well.

Generally, having an orgasm results in either males or females feeling exhausted and ready for rest.

A day with an orgasm is usually a good day.
