When your desires are obvious, it can be referred to as naked desire. However, the most common use for naked is equal to nude, aka without clothes.

There is a small difference in the use of nude and naked, nude may be used to refer to a girl who has removed all her clothes to tantalize and show off, while naked is something used to indicate someone who has just removed their clothes perhaps to take a shower or change into a bathing suit of something. Naked is often as a result related to peeping, voyeur, and somewhat illicit hidden camera stuff.
