Shemales, also refered to as transexuals or T-girls, is basically half man and half woman. This is a woman trapped in a man's body. Most shemales still have male genetialia, but have altered their appearances to reflect their feminine inner-selves, and often have breast (small natural from taking hormones, or larger ones from surgial implants), and walk, talk, and act like women... at least until the clothes come off. Some remain feminine to the end, others are more masculine when it comes to sexual acts.
