Goth

Goth 

Originally Goth meant not conforming to any trend, so, they wore black. However, wearing black became a trend, and by virtue of what Goth stood for, ended up conforming with their group.

A true goth doesn't really care what they wear and black just happens to be what they wear. Generally a Goth things about dark morbid thoughts and spends time coming to terms with themselves in an identity crisis of sorts.

They certainly don't care what others think about them and are quite independent.
